99.9% Uptime Guarantee
WebHostingU guarantees a 99.9% network uptime for all the services and a 99.9% server uptime for the shared hosting accounts and the semi-dedicated servers. This, however, does not refer to problems stemming from:
- a. Server hardware breakdown
- b. Failures arising out of software that is not explicitly supported by WebHostingU
- c. User errors or purposeful interruptions
The 99.9% uptime guarantees include all the scheduled server maintenance procedures aimed to improve server performance. Maintenance procedures are carried out within pre-notified periods, with warnings sent out via e-mail or posted in our news section, at least 24 hours in advance.
